Cancellation & Refund Policy

However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our cancellation and refund policies outlined below will guide you through the process.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours of placing them. After this period, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
  • To cancel your order, kindly email us at help@nutrimades.com with the following details: Name, Order ID, and Contact Number or call us at +91 9666 50 49 48.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive an incorrect order or a product that is expired, you are eligible for either a refund or replacement after proper verification.
  • Refunds: Refunds will only be processed if:
    • You received the wrong product.
    • You received a product that is expired.
    • A confirmed order is not delivered within 10 days from the date of purchase.
    • There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
  • Refund Process: All refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that refunds typically take 7-8 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

  • If your product is damaged in transit, we will provide a full replacement. To initiate this process, you will need to contact our customer support with pictures of the damaged product for validation. Once confirmed, we will process your replacement order immediately.

Grievance Cell

  • All product and shipping concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos of the issue are required for verification.
