Shipping Policy - Food Talks Group India (Brand: Nutri Mades)

At Food Talks Group India, under our brand Nutri Mades, we strive to deliver your orders in excellent condition and on time. Below are the guidelines for our shipping process:

General Shipping Rules:

  • Order Processing: All orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed for dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery is expected within 2 to 3 working days for Express Shipping and 5 to 7 working days for Free Shipping.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Saturdays will be processed on the following Monday or the next working day. Please note, there are no courier services on Sundays, government holidays, or during festivals.
  • Festival Delays: During festive periods, there may be delays due to stock shortages or shipment overload.
  • Shipping Details: Ensure that your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

Special Instructions:

  • Damaged Parcels: If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, either refuse the delivery or leave a remark on the Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing. Make sure to document the issue with a video or photos during unboxing so that we can take the necessary actions.

Express Shipping:

  • Available for select states including Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and West Bengal.
  • If your order is not delivered within the promised 2 to 3 working days (under normal circumstances), we will refund the Express Delivery charges within 5 to 7 working days.

International Shipping:

  • We also offer global shipping and ensure that we work with the best courier services to get your orders delivered worldwide.

Delays Due to External Factors:

We are not liable for any delays caused by local festivals, holidays, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, accidents, or logistical issues.
